2. Data we collect
When you visit and use our platform the following data is collected: • Server log files (IP address, timestamp, page accessed, browser type) • Account data on registration (name, email address, company name) • Operational data (job details, customer intake submissions, staff assignments, inventory, fleet) • Payment data (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers) We only collect data that is necessary to operate the service.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data exclusively for: • Providing and operating the CleanOps platform • Billing and customer communication • Security and abuse prevention • Improving the service (anonymised and aggregated)
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on: • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — contract performance • Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR — compliance with legal obligations • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interests (security, operation) • Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent, where required
5. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies for session management (login state, language preference). No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party cookies are set.
6. Server location & third countries
All data is stored and processed on servers located in Germany. No transfer to countries outside the EU/EEA takes place.
7. Retention period
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose, or as required by statutory retention obligations. After cancellation of your account, your data is deleted within 30 days, unless statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. invoices — 10 years pursuant to § 147 AO).
8. Sub-processors
We use the following service providers as data processors: • Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. — payment processing • OpenRouter — AI inference (only for AI features, optional) • Nominatim (OpenStreetMap) — geocoding Data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with all providers.
