Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Subject of contract
Mohamed Keba, trading under the brand CleanOps ("Provider"), makes available via the platform cleanops.kametrix.com a cloud-based field-operations software for cleaning businesses on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis. The Customer can manage cleaning jobs, staff, fleet, inventory, customer intake and daily operations.
§ 2 Scope of services
The Provider supplies the following services: • Job management (creation, assignment, status tracking) • Staff and shift scheduling • Customer intake forms and inbox • Fleet and inventory management • Live tracking and day-plan view • AI features (Daily Brief, smart staff matching, anomaly detection, auto-routing) — subject to the selected plan • Multilingual interface (German, English) The exact feature set depends on the selected plan (Starter, Pro, Enterprise). Technical changes and improvements to the service are reserved.
§ 3 Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded when the Customer creates an account and completes registration. By registering the Customer accepts these Terms. Each new customer receives a 30-day free trial with no payment details required.
§ 4 Prices and payment
Current plans and prices: • Starter — €49 / month • Pro — €99 / month • Enterprise — €199 / month All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT. Billing is monthly in advance via credit card or SEPA direct debit through Stripe. In the event of non-payment, the Provider reserves the right to suspend the service.
§ 5 Trial period
Every new customer receives a 30-day trial with the full Pro plan feature set. No payment details are required during the trial and no costs are incurred. After the trial ends, access to paid features without an active subscription is restricted; any data already entered is preserved.
§ 6 Term and cancellation
The contract runs monthly and renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the month. Cancellation is possible at any time effective at the end of the current billing period — directly in the dashboard under Settings → Billing or by email to mohamedkeba@kametrix.com. There is no minimum term.
§ 7 Data protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy (cleanops.kametrix.com/en/legal/datenschutz) and the requirements of the GDPR. The Provider processes customer data exclusively on servers located in Germany.
§ 8 Availability
The Provider targets an availability of 99.5% per month. Maintenance is scheduled outside core business hours where possible and announced in advance. Outages caused by force majeure or third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, SMTP provider) are outside the Provider's responsibility.
§ 9 Limitation of liability
The Provider is liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for lost profits, indirect damages and consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The Provider assumes no warranty for the content of AI-generated suggestions (Daily Brief, staff matching, route planning, etc.). AI outputs are to be understood as suggestions and must be reviewed by the Customer.
§ 10 Changes to the Terms
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms with 30 days' notice. Changes will be communicated by email. If the Customer does not object within 30 days, the new Terms are deemed accepted.
§ 11 Applicable law and jurisdiction
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for merchants is the registered seat of the Provider.
